How does your pricing software help me increase my revenue?


Our software, monitors a range of factors including seasonality, days of the week and local demand, to structure almost perfect pricing points for each night throughout the year. Additionally, our gradual minimum length of booking rule, increases the minimum length of stay that guests can book dependent on how far in advance it is. This means that longer bookings are highly encouraged, providing more lucrative bookings and peace of mind over the turnover of guests.




What is the minimum contract length?


There is no minimum contract length – all we ask is you honour the guests that have already made future bookings in your property.




How does the check-in/check-out procedure work?


One of our friendly team members will meet your guest at the property and go through the inventory, making sure the guests are fully aware of how everything works. They will also be happy to assist with any tips your guests may need on where to go during their stay. We will provide a brochure for your property with useful information on the area and day trips etc. *Important! Check-out must be attended in person by the guest before their departure in order to go through a thorough inventory checkout process checking for lost or damage.




Where do you advertise my property?


We advertise your property across 10+ booking platforms, to reach a global and diverse audience of travellers. The aim is to attract as many different types of visitors from business or leisure bookings to family or couple holidays. These platforms include large travel websites such as Airbnb, Booking.com, Expedia and HomeAway to localised or niche websites like Idealista. In addition, every property is marketed on our own booking platform and through social and email channels to a combined network of over 20,000 guests.




When do I get paid?


Your statement and payments will be made to you the month following your guests departure.




Is my property covered by insurance?


We recommend all our properties take out Superhog insurance (€50 anually). The guest pay €12 a stay. SUPERHOG uses the latest technologies to dramatically reduce the risk for the home owner. It can reveal insights on the individuals and properties involved in the short-term rental industry that can not be found anywhere else. Using this intelligence, combined with predictive algorithms and preventative tools, they financially back the cover so you have certainty. This means all stays will be protected by a FREE damage deposit and a £1M guarantee. All guests will be vetted in real time via an online link where the guests must upload their ID to be checked against past bookings on other platforms and credit checks. This state of the art technology dramatically reduces the normally encountered from traditional insurance. A win win for both guests and homeowners.




What toileteries & amenities are provided?


We will provide white hotel quality bedlinen for every bed. Premium cotton towels, toilet roll, hand wash, high quality tea bags & coffee capsules.

Do I have control over availibilty of my property?


Yes, you will have your own log in to manage your property calender. You can block out dates for your own use as and when required.
