Sustainability has evolved from being a mere trend to becoming a significant lifestyle choice. This Georgian maisonette is fitted with eco-friendly features aimed at minimising its environmental footprint. Water – Grander® Water

All water in the building is filtered for pollutants, and the main entry point is equipped with a Grander® revitalising system. This system realigns the molecular structure of incoming water to match that of its natural source—specifically, Austrian mountain spring water from the Jochberg copper mine. Consequently, this revitalised water not only energises us when we drink, shower, or bathe, but also benefits the plants we water and everything else that comes in contact with it.

Drinking Water – Reverse Osmosis (RO)

High-quality drinking water is provided on tap in the kitchen. A separate tap for reverse osmosis drinking water filters and re-mineralises the water to the highest standards, ensuring that the tap water equals or likely exceeds the quality of any bottled water you might purchase. By offering this premium water, we aim to enhance your healthy and enjoyable stay while reducing waste from plastic or glass bottles.

Green Energy - The building and the flat are powered by Ecotricity, the UK’s greenest energy provider, and we strive to minimise consumption wherever possible using the most energy-efficient appliances.

Household Products - Whenever possible, ecological cleaning products sourced mainly from Ecover in the UK are used, including dishwashing and laundry items. This ensures that your stay and the environment remain as toxin-free as possible.

Being eco-conscious does not mean compromising on comfort or quality. The thoughtful décor enhances the feeling of space and light, merging historical elements with modern luxury. The original Georgian stucco is beautifully complemented by the elegance of continental European design from the late 1960s, featuring works from contemporary artists who are friends of the owner. Unique furniture, including a curved office workspace, loft beds that maximise the space, high ceilings, and even a grand piano, give the flat a distinctive personality. Georgian architecture is celebrated for its symmetry, proportion, and timeless elegance. This maisonette exemplifies this style, showcasing tall windows that flood the space with natural light.
